Read what they say...

"Before I came on Outlook, I thought that in my 36 years, having grown up in 2 totally different places, having travelled across continents, through my clinical work- that I had already experienced a lot. I have seen and experienced the best and worst in mankind during these years. I learnt a lot of skills during my years of medical/ psychiatric training and thought I knew a lot ( clearly not!).

During the past 5-6 years, I read a lot of books, studied a lot of different things- from the East and the West, listened to a lot of inspiring people. But during my journey, I have not had the chance to meet someone like you. As I sat in Outlook, I just wished that I had met you many years before- for it would have helped to reduce much of my suffering and the suffering of those around me including my patients. But as it's said, "when the student is ready, the Master appears".....

If I could have even a fraction of your Patience, Humility, Non-judgement and if I could speak to people the way you do and touch people, the way you touched me- I'd die happily today. All my psychiatric training pales in comparison to what and how you (and the team) taught and made me learn in the last few days.

I am a very curious person and want to understand why people do what they do, listen to their stories and learn from their experiences. I would love to hear about your own journey one day ( or even better see it in a book!).

Thank you"

"Outlook can open doors that might otherwise remain closed to you for the whole of your life. Anyone who feels that they are not in touch with that elusive person that we long to be should give Outlook a go. You have nothing to lose apart from - perhaps - some of those inhibiting beliefs and ways of being that can often lie between us and happiness."

"It was the best investment I ever made. It helped me to realize what holds me back and it helped me to overcome my phobias"

"The value of Outlook is in the reflection and correction-and the possibility to move on or break through. There is enormous value in being able to actually express feelings in such a safe environment- it is liberating.

It was very moving to see what happens when people develop greater trust and give to others. The shift from feeling self-conscious to being lovable was very powerful.

I see the value of Outlook and have learned a great deal."

"Sceptical as I was like many people before joining an Outlook Training, it turned out to be a real positive experience of which I take advantage every day since then. It feels like I have been part of a brief but privileged education process.

“On Outlook I learnt how to be my best; in having fun, in my relationships, in my life!”

“Those days on the course were amazing. They have given me a totally new outlook on life and it's a joy to share it. I think my work colleagues were a little taken aback when I went in yesterday with a big grin on my face - unlike the usual grouch. “

"It is like getting a tool box or a set of tools to help you for the rest of your life."

My Outlook group was such a diverse bunch, I really wondered how one course was going to work for all these people – we all seemed to be in such different places. Some had specific issues they had come to address and others (like me) had seen friends or relatives make huge breakthroughs in their lives and were curious to see how any course could make such an impact in just a weekend?

But I need not have worried, Outlook took every single one of us from where we were at that point to a new place on our journey. It worked for everyone because it didn’t tell us what to think, it simply provided us with a number of experiences that allowed us to recognise and realise things for ourselves. It gave us the supportive and safe space to learn from those experiences and try new things which we could then choose how to apply it in our lives.

5 years on, and the things I learnt are still with me, enriching every part of my daily life. Unlike reading it in a book, when you learn for yourself from experiences on Outlook you’ll never again not know how to access solutions, success, growth and connection in your life.

I’m really glad that I didn’t let the opportunity pass me by, that I said “OK I’ll give it go, what’s the worst that can happen?”. It was the start of an amazing connection with ideas and people that have supported me through the good times and the challenges I’ve faced since. So whatever your reason, wherever you are in your life, I truly believe this is one opportunity that you’ll be glad you took a risk on.

"At a time of my life when retirement was fast approaching I came across the Outlook course. What an experience, within a year I had taken my ‘slippers’ off, turned my life around and took a huge leap in a new direction with amazing results. After that came Essence and finally Summit. All were huge challenges and at 64 all three courses have inspired me to look forward to new energy and enthusiasm for life."

"When I attended the outlook training I was really sceptical, but then it showed to be one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I learnt how to overcome my fears to accomplish my dreams. Outlook helped me gain a greater self-confidence about myself and what I'm capable of. I realized a lot about myself and others. Outlook is an amazing course and I'm so happy that I did it, it really helped me to improve my life."
