Personality Styles
Do you find that some people you get on with immediately, so that you could almost finish each other's sentences? While with others, you can say exactly the same thing and there is confusion and misunderstanding?
That's because different personality styles view the world in different ways, and they communicate differently. Unfortunately, we all use the same words, not realising they have different meanings to different people!

This workshop is a derivitive of the Myers-Brigg Personality Styles. It is a simplified version which you can learn in a day and apply immediately. It will allow you to be a more effective communicator and create better relationships, both professionally and personally.

Relationships Workshop
Is there anything more important than our relationships? Although everyone of us is an individual, we exist in a world of other people. Some we live with, some we work with, others we play with. It's the quality of the relationships we have with these people that lead us to feelings of happiness (or not!).
In this one day workshop we will explore the constituent elements that make relationships work.
We will look at all kinds of relationships - intimate, social and professional.
You will come out of the workshop with clarity. Clarity on why your relationships that work work. Clarity on why your relationships that don't work don't work! This clarity will empower you to produce relationships in the future which are fulfilling, deep and rewarding.
This workshop is held in a safe space, where you are free to explore in complete honesty and acceptance.
