The Organisation

The Outlook Training Organisation was founded in England in 1989 by Tony Wiseman.

The course was created to offer unique and powerful personal development programmes designed to bring about positive change in people’s lives.

Since then, Tony Wiseman has held over 1000 seminars and workshops worldwide.

Assistant Trainer Nick Simmonds and the volunteer course assistants work with Tony on each course to provide a uniquely safe space for individuals to experience themselves and discover their true potential.

In 2003, the organisation was established as a charitable foundation, (Registered Charity 1102559) to support the fact that it operates as a not-for-profit organisation.

Today, the trustees continue to ensure that there are opportunities for all individuals to participate on the Outlook Course, regardless of financial status. Therefore, they aim to make available subsided places on every Outlook Course through the Outlook Bursary Scheme.  We also work closely with other charities, supporting their work in different areas of the community.

At Outlook, we are committed to supporting all individuals to participate in our courses, not just those who can afford to pay.

We appreciate that £50 per month or £450 for some people is very reasonable and completely affordable, while for others it may not be so. To apply for Bursary support, simply click here to download an application form.

I have never felt better, have come back to work with so much enthusiasm and finally seem to have learnt the art of assertivemess and have been standing up for myself and my beliefs.
